Mr. Tran obtained his law degree locally from the University of Hawaii, William S. Richardson School of Law, and he is admitted to the Hawaii state Bar. Mr. Tran is an experienced attorney dedicated to the practice of immigration and nationality law. He has fought for and protected the rights of large companies and individuals alike.

Following his professional affiliations with solo practitioners, small to mid-sized firms, and non-profit organizations, Mr. Tran founded his own law practice to continue his goal of promoting and advocating immigrant rights. By constantly staying abreast of changes in laws and regulations, Mr. Tran is able to provide clients with accurate legal advice in one of the most complex fields of law.

Mr. Tran is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and he currently sits on the Executive Board for the Hawaii Chapter. His speaking engagements include H-1B visa topics at Hawaii Pacific University and Naturalization topics on KPMW 105.5FM, Maui. His publications include Visa Options for Couples in the Hawaii Chinese News. Mr. Tran's additional memberships include the Family Law Section of the Hawaii State Bar Association, and he is a licensed notary public.

Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. Tran obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics with Minors in Accounting and Computer Programming from the University of California at Los Angeles. Mr. Tran worked as a consultant to Fortune 500 companies in the fields of strategic network planning and market research, building advanced technical, research, and analytical skills that have translated into his practice.

Mr. Tran is of Vietnamese-Chinese decent and he himself comes from a family of refugees. These personal experiences are what drive Mr. Tran to dedicate himself to his clients and to his work, so that others too may take part in the American Dream.
